She used her eight years of experience in the HR industry to come up with AI enabled chat bots helping HR functions move to the next level.
Sohini Mehta, Head - Global Delivery and Competency development for Data, Analytics and AI at Wipro Ltd.
An ace pianist with an analytical mind is the best description for Sohini Mehta. She has donned many hats from setting up digital marketing and campaign analytics for digital advertising agencies to helping tech firms streamlining their processes. Presently, she is the head of global delivery and competency development for AI, Data and Analytics.

Dr. Shivani is the torch bearer of innovation in AI. She’s heading the Data Science and AI competency for financial services at Capgemini.
She earned her Ph.D. from IIM Indore and Hiroshima University, Japan to begin her illustrious journey of almost 2 decades in the field of AI. Her expertise lies in cognitive computing, ML and automation. She has extensively worked in data in voice, text and visual areas and developed AI powered solutions in unstructured data.
Dr. Shivani’s career is highlighted with leading roles that she has played in international companies like HP, HSBC, Fiserv, Mphasis and Mindtree. She has also lead innovation centres in 3 countries to fuel advancement in the field of analytics.

K Suriya Prabha, Founder, YouCode Intelligent Solutions
Not every aspiring woman in AI aim for the top. Some of them are working at the grassroots level as well to help AI flourish in rural India too. K Suriya Prabha is a known figure in rural Tamil Nadu as she takes AI to the classrooms with a mission to bridge the knowledge gap. She says she got inspired by NITI Ayog’s AlforAll initiative. Prabha heads a start-up called YouCode intelligent solutions to train rural students in government schools in technical knowledge related to computers and coding. The start-up aims to employ innovative ways to teach village students about AI. They also have created interactive study material by using Google and Amazon AI Kits. A typical workshop by Prabha covers topics like robotics, coding and AI.
